We are completely dedicated to your wellness and satisfaction. Kamelia Wellness products have been formulated and produced to the highest quality standards, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

To ensure your satisfaction with our products, we offer a 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee on your first-time purchases. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund, even if the item is opened! If you are not satisfied following the purchase of any product, simply return the unused portion of the product within 30 days to receive a full refund excluding the shipping & handling fee (15%). Limited to one refund per product. If multiple products were ordered, remaining products must be returned unopened for full refund.

For all subsequent purchases, you may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding the Shipping & Handling fee (15%).

We will send you the shipping instructions for any requested returned products. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Kamelia Wellness is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item has shipped, please email the tracking number for your returned product so we can process your refund in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., if you received an incorrect or defective item).

 

    To start a return, you can submit a return request and wait for confirmation before returning any product(s).

    Submit a return request

    1. Log in to your account: Here is the URL for new customers accounts: account.kameliawellness.com

    • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    •  In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    •  Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

    2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

    3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

    4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

    5. Click Request return.

    If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product to support@kameliawellness.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact items purchased unless the item is no longer available.

     

    Incorrect Address

    Kamelia Wellness INC is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #,street, etc). Kamelia Wellness INC is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    We are happy to exchange your items anytime. To begin the exchange process, you can contact us at support@kameliawellness.com

     

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we have received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you would like a replacement rather than a refund. We will ship you a replacement product and will waive shipping and handling fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    For repeated product returns or on other rare occasions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
